Kuakata Sea Beach - 

Kuakata is a city and a tourist area in the Patuakhali district in Bangladesh. Kuakata sea beach is known as the Daughter of the sea. The 18 km long beach is the sea on one side and lined coconut trees on the other side. It is the only beach in Bangladesh from where sunrise and sunset can be seen both. In winter, different species of guest birds can be seen on this Kuakata beach. 

Kuakata is located 60 km south of Patuakhali Sadar. The distance by road from Dhaka is 360 km.
